Dale and Rose Blackburn of Lakeland are now riding a new Harley-Davidson® Ultra Classic® and loving every mile of it. Dale started riding 37 years ago, influenced by his brothers who ride.
Dale is a Rider's Edge® graduate and loves the freedom of riding on the open road. Dale enjoys open road riding away from the traffic and congestion. "It's a spiritual experience without an ounce of tension."
Dale shops at Harley-Davidson/Buell of Lakeland because they make you feel like you're a part of a family tradition, the Harley lifestyle. Dale and his family live in Lakeland.
They attend the Family Worship Center and ride with the church motorcycle group and is proud of the fact that a friend told him that his new Ultra Classic looks like a bike that Jesus would ride.

 Lakeland resident Raymond Lloyd Ivey rides a Harley. Ivey is a Technical Analyst for Healthcare Company of America. He has been riding for 18 years. Mr. Ivey's first ride was on the back of his dad's bike when he was three years old. He rides for peace of mind and also enjoys shopping at Harley-Davidson/Buell of Lakeland because "they are just a bunch of good people." Ivey is a Harley Owner's Group member and also enjoys computers and spending time with his girlfriend Sue.

"Traveling from Nova Scotia Canada to The Keys, my wife and I stop at many Harley Dealers.We had occasion to shop Ridge Harley in Lake Wales last year.I ride an 04 V-Rod and was looking for toys for my bike.By the time we left Ridge my car loaded down with gear and motor clothes.The staff went above and beyond.We will be stopping by again this year,even though the dealership is a little out of the way.Keep up the good work.

"On the Sunday before Christmas I was returning from a trip to Clearwater when my cam chain tensioners gave way. I was able to arrange a tow through HOG and, after several phone calls, found this dealership to be the closest. I had never been to this dealership prior but sales manager Dave treated me like an old friend. The service department was closed so he took the time to help me get my disabled Dyna in the garage and the system.
When service was finally able to get my bike apart to find out what was wrong Mike call me and kept me advised of the progress every step of the way. Best of all EVERYTHING was covered by my extended service plan!!!
I was the finance director of a HD dealership in another part of the state and can honestly say that I wish my dealership had the professional and courteous staff that Ridge HD does. Keep up the great work!!!!"

"I attended the Ridger's Edge course this past weekend and have got to say that the overall experience was one of the greatest positive customer experiences I have had in many years. When I signed up for the course not only was I excited but I was also a bit apprehensive. I learned so much from the course in a fun, safe and comfortable manner. I can give nothing but praise to Rhonda and Debbie for their constant feedback and reinforcement.
While taking the class I was exposed to several other employees. Each and every employee greeted us with smiles and a passion for not only Harley Davidson but also motorcycling in general. They made you feel like family. While there I can across staff from the parts and service department, motorcycle sales, clothing sales, and greeters as well as management. Everyone was extremely helpful answering questions and showing us around. KUDOS to the entire staff.
I will recommend not only the Ridger's Edge Course but also Ridge Harley Davidson to all friends. I feel like I have found a new group of friends who will become a part of my adventure into the world of motorcycle riding. Thank you to you and your staff. "

"The service staff at Ridge H-D saved my long awaited trip to Sturgis by locating the oil pan I needed and getting it installed on Tuesday (7/24/07)so that I can leave on Wed. (7/25/07). The help I received from Brian, George, Mike, Andy, Mack and others was way beyond the call of duty and much appreciated. The bad luck of running over debris in the road on a HOG ride from Lake Placid that holed my oil pan was overcome by the super customer service attitude demonstrated by the above mentioned staff of Ridge Harley-Davidson that put this Harley rider back on the road again.
